Tracky requests permission to access your device’s Contacts. This access is strictly limited to the following functionality:

To allow you to quickly select and add travel companions from your existing address book when planning a trip.

We are committed to a “Local-Only” data policy. Regarding any data accessed from your contacts:

No Data Transmission: Tracky does not upload, sync, or transmit your contact information to any external servers, databases, or cloud providers.
Local Storage: Any information you select is stored exclusively on your local device storage.
No Third-Party Access: Your data is never shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties, advertisers, or analytics platforms.

3. Permissions Management

You can grant or revoke contact access at any time via your device’s system settings. While the app will function without this permission, the automatic contact selection feature will be disabled, requiring manual entry of companion names.

4. Children’s Privacy

Tracky does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since all app data remains strictly on the user’s device, no information is accessible to the developer.
